Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Welcoming environment. Enjoyed my visit. Convenient location by walking or transit. I appreciated the staff giving me dental advice and tips, also supplying me with an estimate on future dental work, as well as helping look into my insurance coverage before my appointment. Would recommend this dentist for sure!

I love being a patient here. The staff and Doctor’s are so welcoming and professional. They also take time to answer all your questions. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend them.

Been going to Olympic Village dental for several years now.

- The staff are always friendly.
- The equipment and facility are modern and clean
- I’ve never had any issues with the recommended course of action or advice regarding dental work
- Recommendations for night guard and such have been appropriate and never felt pushy/heavy-handed. (I postponed it for a few years, got a quote, got to think about it a bit more before I decided to go ahead)
- TVs on ceilings with personal sanitized speakers🤯
- Good prizes for raffles/referral incentives (literally has nothing to do with dentistry but hey..I won a Fitbit one year for recommending a good dentist)

The only thing I have to complain about is that they no longer have space for my teeth moulds. So now I have a mould of my teeth (for said night guard) 🤷‍♂️.

Really really friendly staff. Expensive if you don’t have coverage but that’s business. Really quick service, I’ve literally never waited in the waiting room for more than 3 minutes.

As much as going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience, I think they do quite well.

I first came here several years ago when I cracked my molar on a Sunday night and called and left voicemails to various dental clinics hoping to get in as soon as possible. They called me back first thing in the morning and I was able to get in very quickly. Over the next several months I would go through the process of getting a new molar implant (not fun or cheap) but I felt like Dr. Ezzati was always super informative, friendly, and did a good job. I have never felt that they were pushy or trying to overcharge me, but providing me with clear information and quotes. I could have easily opted out of getting the molar implant.

They are very accommodating and easy to make appointments with. The front desk staff are very friendly and the dental hygienists for the most part are great (some better than others). Compared to the dentist I had growing up, I much prefer OV Dental.
